I actually don't because Prinsu used my rig as the prototype vehicle so they did everything! I do know there is a complete install video they did when they installed mine. There are some good tips in there. I would personally use loctite.
1. there are spacers that come with it, I am not quite sure what you mean about wiggling or bending but if you mean being structurally sound, the answer is yes. It is not moving or bending at all.
2. I believe it can take standard t-slots, I know that Prinsu sells some also (may be more $$).

Sorry for the delay. Here are the specs for the extrusions. There are oval cutouts so you can slide the t-nuts or bolts right in from the top of the rack. EX-1020-BLACK – 1″ x 2″ x 50″ Smooth T-Slotted Aluminum Extrusion for Prinsu Roof Rack | TNUTZ | TNUTZ
The Prinsu Design 100 series roof rack system is now in production! This rack is incredible, very low profile and after driving many miles (thousands) it barely makes any noise. It’s not on the website but they are available. I have waited for this rack and it was worth it! Hats off to Nathan...
I own an Olight and they are incredible! Tons of options and are built for a beating. The light these throw can be insane. For what you are getting I don't think the price is out of line.

Looks like it is burped properly. I can't hear anything when turning the temp up or down. I made sure that the hose was connected to the cabin sensor and also cleaned it. Still nothing.
