I actually don't because Prinsu used my rig as the prototype vehicle so they did everything! I do know there is a complete install video they did when they installed mine. There are some good tips in there. I would personally use loctite.

No, there are openings to insert t-nuts, no removal needed. It is a really user friendly design.

The Prinsu Design 100 series roof rack system is now in production! This rack is incredible, very low profile and after driving many miles (thousands) it barely makes any noise. It’s not on the website but they are available. I have waited for this rack and it was worth it! Hats off to Nathan...

I have a 98 and that looks quite different than what I have. This looks like an older style or at least the glass does for sure.

I misread originally what you wrote, I made sure that the hose is attached and I cleaned the sensor (super dirty) still no hot air.

Looks like it is burped properly. I can't hear anything when turning the temp up or down. I made sure that the hose was connected to the cabin sensor and also cleaned it. Still nothing.
