Yeah, the whole thing started with me replacing the gear with a new set and plug - then the seat didn't move for a still unknown reason. Then when it did move, i think it chewed up the new gear. So have to start all over!

Well thanks for the help everyone. I worked on it last night and jiggled the plugs around and it worked! For about 1 second, then the end plug came out and I think the gear is destroyed already as that side does move anymore even with me holding in the end plug. I guess that is all it takes is a...
