had to remake the drive shaft between the engine and transfer case. I used a front axle from a polaris rzr and had to make custom ends for it.

I have all the left over factory suspension parts from my TRD suspension kit install. Parts had ~ 5,000 miles when removed. Front springs, shocks, UCA's, bump stops, rear shocks, and other misc parts that were replaced or removed from the TRD 3"kit install. Pick up in Longview, TX - $500 OBO.

There have been several kids buggy builds that are pretty sweet. The body on this just wasn't conducive to make it a 2 seater. If I had to re do this I probably would have stretched the body and made it a 2 seater fighter jet style.

Updates: Steering - Used a boat hydraulic steering help (1.7 cu-in/rev) and a 1" x 6" hydraulic ram for steering - works well Tires/Wheels - 28x10x15 Moto tires from a mule on 15" x 7.5" wheels. All suspension brackets and links welded up. Brake lines made and will install this week.

Been a while since the last update - only a few years.... Progress has been made, but slow. Cage is complete. Suspension parts were cut out and the 4 link rear and 3 link front is complete. Working on exhaust.

I have been looking for some fog lamp options for my FJ60 ARB bumper and the 2 options I could find were the Slee inserts and the ones direct from ARB for other series bumpers. I did some searching and couldn't find anyone that had installed any of those options (or fabricated ones) for these...
