So we had it diagnosed at the local stealership[ and it is the actuator. Which Toyota dealer give the best discounts for parts, so far I only found McGregor Toyota who gives a 34% discount. Anyone have this item on hand actually and wants to part with it for now? Part number is 36410-35093

That's what I have heard as well to just keep on trying. I am not 100% sure the car is in 4WD now. I suspect it is in 2WD. I have not had the time to drive it yet as I am waiting for the registration appointment....

Hi all, my son recently bought a 1 owner 4runner from the Phoenix Valley. Most likely it has newer been in 4WD. Long story short, we took it a bit off roading on a dirt road and he shifted from 2Hi to 4HI with no issues, but curiosity got a hold of him and he had to stop and also shifted in 4LO...

I got 285/75/16s, Falken Wildpeak. Just did a 3200 miles road trip and tires were fabulous

And here is another set for sale, these are off of my LC with 17" rims and bolt pattern 5x150. These are 3(!) Bridgestones and 1(!) off brand rather new tire. Size is 265/70/17. I got OEM wheels and new tires all around, hence this set needs to go. Price is a mere $150 for the set of 4!

Here is a set of take offs for sale. Size is 285/70/17, They are Cooper Adventurer and have about 50% tread left. (6/32 and 7/32). They are in great shape, only reason I am selling is that these were on wife's car and she wanted Toyos...... PRICE is $250 for the set of 4!

I finally got a set of 16" wheels from a forum member from CO and put 285 75 16 on them. Speedo and odometer are about 5% slow.

I will give it a try and see what the results will be. I shall post before and after pics

Great info, guys, thanks for sharing. These carpets look filthy so quickly and cleaner ones make such a big difference. Now I remember again why I never like beige interiors and prefer black interiors.

What are you guys using to clean the filthy carpets that makes a good difference?

wrigh003, you are correct, mostly. I am rectifying the wheel issue as I got original 16" wheels and new tires today. Couple 100 in parts is more like a couple of thousand. I have spent about $1,600 just in parts to get it baselined again. And I am pretty sure I need to spend some more $$ to make...
