No magnets near driveshaft. It has a 5-6 wire harness that goes to through the firewall and a slide cable like a choke or something and a loop on the end. It is disconnected, just always thought it was the wiper motor. Any idea what the headlight washer motor consists of? That was another thought.

Any ideas what this little box does? It has wiring and a slide cable with a loop at the end. I thought it might be be an aftermarket cruise control but… 1986 FJ60 with original 2F engine, 4 speed.

Took it to a shop called Horsepower Farms in Benson, UT. Everything came out really easy, it had a lot of bad seals and leaks that actually helped keep the bolts underneath from corroding. Not a single broken bolt. We will see how it goes from here. I will start a thread when I get some time to...

Started a major overhaul...pulled my transmission, engine. Sent the engine for machining and new performance cam. Mounting up new 5 speed h55 to the transfer case. I'm getting deep for a noob. :oops:
