It looks like a rolling frame and chassis. All of the unobtanium is missing. Looks like the bib is there, but the pictures dont show grill spears. FST. Someone was working on making it dual tanks and added a filler hole on the drivers side. front pan is swiss cheese. If anyone is interested in more info, I'll pass it along. I saved the pics, still trying to get the frame number.
