bought a radiator for my troopie from sor... told them that it was an aussie-spec hj47. was sent the wrong radiator; they said that it did not matter if the troopie is rhd vs lhd, it was different because it was made for the austalian market.

should i....
a) buy a used one (where could i get one?)
b) buy an aluminum one (any vendors out there?)
c) have my current patched up... (found out it will cost $800):meh:

help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How is the SOR radiator different from your HJ47 radiator?

I put a new radiator in my HJ60 when I got it-I purchased it off ebay australia for 300$ or so. It was not worth it-cheap taiwan core that essentially blew out within 2 years, and leaked everywhere. I had it recored locally for 440$ now with a heavy duty 4 core, and it actually cools much better.

You should be able to get yours recored at a local shop for much less than 800$.

cheers,
J
