I have severeral 3B II engines. One came out of a BJ46 and the others came from 70's.
All are complete, dressed and running. I have some other parts which can be negotiated to suit such as bell housing, transmissions, turbo setup etc.
All have rotary injection pumps, the BJ46 one has the bubble valve cover and the 70's have the 1HZ style valve cover.
$2000 and up depending on accesories.
