Second owner, maintenance records, clean title, religious 5k-mile five-tire rotations. Professionally built by Nomad Outfitters (Colorado) between Nov 2022 and Jan 2023 — roughly $40k in parts and labor, and it’s on their build gallery: 2015 Lexus GX460 - Nomad Outfitters - https://tinyurl.com/NomadGXBEAST.
Recent service including new brakes plus recent suspension/control-arm work.
Here is what separates this from a modified GX on Marketplace: it was engineered as one system by a shop that builds these for a living, not accumulated part by part. The factory rear air suspension, the single most expensive failure point on a GX460, is gone entirely and replaced with coils, so there is no bag to blow and no compressor to replace.
Suspension geometry was corrected post-suspension modification and professionally aligned, so it tracks straight and rides better than most stock SUVs. The armor is KDSS-compatible instead of fighting the factory sway system. The electrical is a properly wired and labeled Switch-Pros SP9100, not a nest of inline fuses. Drivetrain and factory KDSS are untouched, and every bit of the work is documented.
Engineered as a complete system, not a bin of forum parts. Suspension geometry is corrected, armor is KDSS-compatible, electrical is properly integrated on a Switch-Pros SP9100.

Carfax: .
The Carfax carries one minor damage report dated October 20, 2022, logged as "hit a stationary object" with airbags not deployed. That was the selling dealer backing into a parking block on their own lot, two weeks before I took delivery on November 5, 2022. It sits under the previous owner's record, not mine. The damage was cosmetic and confined to the rear bumper cover, and that part is no longer on the truck. It came off during the Nomad build and was replaced with the Expedition One rear bumper you see in the photos.
