I agree with you because when it’s come from Japan as automatic it will be RHD
Other country like Middle East and I think Colombia they came LHD but manual especially 90s to 2009 or later But there is a similar option like old 90’S PRADO 4doors or 2doors some of them came automatic & LHD

If you decide you can live with RHD, I'll be putting an exceptionally nice, low mileage BJ74 here very soon.
