On an LX470 the left (driver) fender is year-split: 98-02 and 03-07 are different stampings (marker light, flare, and washer-nozzle holes change at the facelift), so lock the year first. Used OEM is what most people end up with; aftermarket fenders on these usually fight the flare and the hood gap. Shipping a fender is doable but the box is large, so a yard that already ships body panels is often cheaper than a local-only pickup plus a freight quote. Ask for photos of the inner apron flange, the lower rear corner by the door, and the flare studs — those rust even when the outer skin looks clean.
