Looking to gauge interest in my 1983 2F. The odometer quit working at 186,000 miles. I would estimate I have put less than an additional 8 to 10,000 miles on it since.
I am in the process of an LS swap, which is the only reason I am removing the engine. It absolutely runs strong and has yet to leave me stranded.
As the time gets closer to pulling the engine, I will provide compression numbers and any other requested information.
The engine has a holly, EFI sniper, hyper Spark distributor, and CDI box. It does not hesitate to start cold at altitude or in any weather condition that I have seen yet. Truly a strong running engine. I am able to allow potential buyers to test drive the 60 with the engine in it rider to removal if the timeline meets up.
I would be interested in trading only for a 5.3L LS and 6L80E transmission.
