I found an easy way to add the keyless entry chirp to my 98'- The keyless entry ECU is the same PN as the 98 LX470 (which has chirp) The ECU has 2 terminals in the WH connector for the piezo, which are unused in the LC (no pins or wires in the LC wire harness connector contact these pins on the ECU) Basically, the ECU is putting out the source signal which goes unused in the LC
