Could not bring myself to spending $800+ on a set. So here is what I found.
Bought a 67" universal set of sliders. Very well built, 1 3/4" OD x .120 wall 1035 DOM. Then purchased a bolt on mounting kit from 4x4 innovations and just welded the runners up. Since I have replaced the cats with a small high flow Random Technology unit, I purchased the bracket kit without the cat protection since I did not need it. Saved another $50 there. Here are a few places you can get them.

After welding them in, just did a light sand to get some surface rust and oil residue off and just cleaned them up.

Then just threw on a coat of primer.

Planning on finding some front mud flaps now. Hopefully someone can point me out in the right direction.

looks damn goood! how hard was it to mod the legs to fit the tapered frame?

Legs come cut already formed to both the slider and frame side. I did however cut some legs to get it to sit the way I wanted them. All you need is a cut off wheel or drop saw, welder and grinder.

Best part is that you can just unbolt it and remove it completely if need be.

thats what i want for the passenger side so i can get to the cats if need be. i think thats the route i will go

What is that cooler looking thingy?

Off subject, but that almost looks like an intercooler under there.

^^It likely is his intercooler you are seeing. Look for his turbo thread...

CDan or Sam Stewart should have some F mudflaps.

Turbo thread in my sig line.

I will try contacting them, thanks!

I would like to do similar for my 100 series but links are not working. If anyone has updated links I would appreciate it.

Trail-Gear universal slider kits are sold by several vendors, Google will get you there. Their kits are DOM tubing now.
4xinnovations has many Toyota applications. HREW or DOM, your choice. Cross reference what Trail-Gear recommends for the 67" applications, reverse that from the 4xinnovations list, and you might figure it out. Or, just give them a call. Their website says they have custom options. I may have to give them a call myself.

Trail Gear is on my list but I don’t want to weld on the frame. Looking for brackets to mount on the frame.
Still not sure to get 67” or 78” since 67” is bit short for 100 series.
