Hey Guys,

I finally have some rocker panel protection!

I have a friend who works at Rocky Road Outfitters in Heber City Utah. We have been trying to get a set of sliders built for my 80 for almost a year, well the stars aligned this week and I got the first set ever built by them for an 80 series. I think they are going to be in the $600-650 range. I really like the cat protection. I will get down to Moab here real soon and get some scratches on them!!

Offroad products for the serious offroad enthusiast!.

great looking sliders and and great price range

Nice, can't wait to get some sliders for myself

Are they bolt on? Will the make ones that work with the cats on a earlier years? Any more specs?

Any chance to get a set for rig's with a 2" BL ?
(Sorry, figured it didn't hurt to ask !!)

I'm getting some of these!

Dont do it man. Just dont. Well at least search first.

I mean maybe if solely for looks but that still doesn't get around the fact that mounting is sub par and a giant PITA. (That and the fact they are pretty much garbage). Undersized hardware and materials, too tight tolerances to body for excessive flex, bracketry misalignments, etc.

If you have money for these then you can swing OPOR from metal tech and be way ahead.

I have these, already had to clearance the arms to get them to fit. Terrible coverage and got some body damage. The slides are way too far out and expose the front of the rocker panel. Getting cut to pieces so I can rework them and have something proper.

good to know  Just trying to save Stock a headache

have no personal experience with the OPOR, just knew they looked way beefier than rocky roads and similarly priced.

You have the OPOR or the Rocky Road. I like both the designs and protection.

I've heard good things about White Knuckle Offroad for sliders.
Toyota FZJ80 Rock Sliders

After shopping around I just made my own :meh:.
