I searched all over the web and I can't find any Differential Covers I can weld or bolt to the diff.
Does anyone knows of any diff covers which can be used to protect the 60-series diff?

That's the cover for the rear. Good to know.
What about the front? Does the small weld-on plate going to hold? It's still attached to thin stock cover?

Called BlueTorch yesterday. They should be out of their mind. I was quoted $120 in shipping and $140 for the cover itself + taxes. It seems too expensive ($300+) for a cover for me.

Called RuffStuff and left a message. I hope they'll be cheaper.

Still have 0 results for the front weld-on protection. While I was researching it, I found several options for 8" diffs I didn't know of, but everybody I'm talking to have nothing for the Cruiser 9.5". Do we represent such small wheeling crowd that nobody want to bother build stuff for Land Cruisers?

Buy some Abrasion Resistant (AR) plate, research which of the various alloys as some deal with shock better than others, and do the cut and fit method. It's what I did with my Mini's front a long time ago. I didn't like the bulky, kluginess of what was offered and for my use I didn't feel that I needed something that heavy. So I made mine for 10 ga. (~.135") AR plate. Specifically I cut mine from the trimmed off piece of sheet used to re-line a gravel trailer.

If you want to go the cheap route just grab a trail gear front diff weld on. Otherwise it would be pretty simple to make your own.

It's not going to work. Trail-Gear Diff Guard is 8", while Land Cruiser is 9.5".

No surprise there.

No disrespect to vendors, but if you can weld, there's no magic to making a serviceable diff guard. $20 for steel and 45 minutes and you're golden.
