Built, locked and well cared for. My 97 Landcruiser with 129k on the ticker. Always meticulously maintained by me. If it needed to be fixed, I fixed it. If it didn't need to be fixed, I fixed it for fun. Very well built and capable. It has only been wheeled a few times due to my very busy schedule. Factory front and rear lockers

Upgrades:
- 3.5" of lift, with OME springs
- 12" travel fox remote reservoir shocks with custom mounts. 5" up, 7" down travel front and rear. Handles like a sports car on 37's
- BRAND new 37" Mickey Thompson MTZ tires on grey FJ Cruiser Wheels
- Slee DC front Drive Shaft
- Custom rear drive shaft tubed with .095 material. New Toyota u-joints
- LandTank HD rear control arms with brand new toyota bushes
- BIOR sliders - grey
- BIOR rear bumper - grey with spindle readyfor tire carrier
- custom front bumper - fits all remote solenoid winches
- Slee caster plates
- custom high mount exhaust
- kenwood cd player
- deflared, holes welded and coated lower half with grey UPOL Raptor liner. Looks bad ass with two tone. similar to lx450 black on grey.
- slee headlight harness
- John Deer HIR headlamps
- Huskyliners
- removed interior faux wood
- Longfield inners and outers. New style that last much longer on the road. Bobby says 60k + and will rebuild them for $75 ea. These have 800mi on them

Maintenance (sure I am missing some things)
- oil changed every3k
- f/r difs changed 3x in last 15k with syn
- t-case fluid 3x in last 15k
- tranny fluid recentlydrained and filled with pan drop
- radiator flushed and filled with toyo red
- new asisn power steering pump and hoses
- starter rebuilt.
- oil pump seal replaced
- new toyo belts
- new windshield seal
- new ds window runs
- all new exhaust
- complete new brake system including master cylinder, all calipers, rotors, pads and flush
- full front axle rebuild with brand new Longfield chromo birfs, arp hub studs, all parts freshly painted
- brand new duralast gold battery
- roof rack removed, holes welded and coated with upol raptor
- No leaks, fixed all of them
- PHH
- head gasket has not been done, but that is way overhyped on this board. I would drive this truck anywhere, with my toddlers in it.
- new plugs, wires, cap and rotor.

I have taken excellent care of this truck. Interior is 9 out of 10 given the age. Waxed 3x per year. A few colorado pin stripes, but after a good bath, this truck shines like new. NO rust at all, this has been an AZ/MO/CO truck. If I took a bolt off, I replaced it with new grade 8 or stainless steel.

Problems:
- needs a new ac compressor, for the asking price, I'll replace it and the other parts I would replace along with it and give it a full charge
- center arm rest is kind of worn. You can buy new leather for it for $40.
- Drivers seat bottom has started to split. Leather in the rest of the truck is as good as it gets. Looks almost new. NO stains.
- Uh.........pretty sure that is it. Drive it to the congo. It will get there and back, no problem

Pretty firm on the price given that I am just selling to buy another toy and it took me 4 years to get this one built and lots of complaining from the wife. Would consider trade for a Diesel or nice 2003 and up 100 series.

more interior

The interior on this truck is one of the best LC's I have seen. Minus the leather on the Driver Seat and the console. Both easy to replace.

One wicked rig! Love the paint/wheel combo. GLWS, somebody is going to have a ton of fun with it.

fitting 37

No cutting for the 37's. No rubbing either. I did have to massage the rear of the front wheel wells about a quarter of an inch to prevent rub at full lock and stuff. This was only inside the wheel wellnot on the body. I can stuff all the tires with no contact anywhere. Bump stops have been adjusted but i still have 5" up and 7" down travel with my setup.

You're probably not interested but I've got an '83 BJ42, imported from Japan so RHD. Wasn't even considering selling/trading but when I saw your cruiser...

diesel

Thanks for the offer French, but I need something with a little more space. Kids.

Any offers? I priced it a few thousand lower than some comparable built 80's that were recently posted. Granted they were paper work fanatics, but this is a clean well maintained truck.

Let me know if I am off on my asking price.

Thanks

If I could unload my wife's '01 supercharged 4Runner limited for half of your asking price you'd have your asking price.
