1997 LX450 36,900 original miles ARB Warn Slee - FS or Part Trade

With much regret, I am now looking to sell the vehicle. I wasn't able to find any trades that would work for my wife.
I recently purchased the vehicle for my wife from a fellow member. Always garaged/never smoked in. We park way out in the parking lot to avoid any potential door dings when grocery shopping.

The mileage is original at just under 37,000 miles.

97 LX450 (36,949 original miles) Triple Locks, OME 861+1/862+1, 285/75/16 Yokohama Geolandar A/TS (5), CDL switch w/ 7-pin mod, ARB Front Bumper & Warn 12k winch, MAF 25 gal. Aux tank, Slee ltg. harness (2) and PIAA/Hella fog & driving lts. Cruisin Offroad rear bumper & swing away spare tire and more. Full records. Needs nothing. All modifications professionally installed. Original stereo system. Factory roof rack. Synthetic fluids.

My understanding is that the original owner lived in Chicago during the summer months (primary residence Saudi Arabia) and used the LX450 for his driver when he came to the states. Kept it stored in a heated garage and maintained it regularly at Lexus of Orland/Tinley Park, Ill. I believe they have the service records during his ownership but may not release them due to privacy. A person could always phone the dlr and at least ask. Maybe I will do that!

The 2nd owner (probably in his 60s) bought it at 7940 miles (2/09) with the intent of taking it to Alaska (added all of the modifications). He didn't go to Alaska and his wife ended up being the primary driver of the Lexus.
I am the 3rd owner.
As far as low mileage goes, my 1985 Toyota 4x4 SR5 P/U has 5900 original miles and drives like day one with religious oil changes/preventative maintenance.

Hope this helps. Not in a big hurry. Trying to figure out what I would want to do next if I kept it as my daily driver. Maybe remove the running boards, install some factory front mud flaps, go to a 2.5" OME lift, more aggressive tires. Precisely why my wife would like for it go!
