PRICE DROP!!!!

$2500

Needs a new home now!

Send me a PM with your e-mail and I can send pictures of any part of the truck.

Just washed it last weekend and looks much better

De-rusted and lightly modified with trimmed rocker panels and front fenders, currently has 30000+/- miles on original transmission and transfer case (speedometer stopped working within 100 miles ago).

The truck now has a Ford 302 V8 that was installed when the original owner threw a rod in the original inline 6. The V8 runs but has some low compression and is a little tricky to start, will need some work. Still has original 4 speed trans and transfer case, 2 wheel high works and drives, will not shift into 4 wheel high/low (no cracks in case).

What has been fixed or replaced:

-entire rear deck, wheel wells, sill, floor boards have been replaced
-front and rear (ambulance) doors have been repaired
-last 18” of the frame including spring hangers has been replaced with a donor frame and is boxed for added strength (frame/ suspension geometry is within factory spec.)
-BDS 4” lift kit (never off-road) (Total kit cost is $1349.99)
-HFS greaseable shackles ($189.70)
-HFS greaseable spring hangers ($75.80)
-31x10.50x15 street tires (will now fit 33 or 34 inch tires)
-3 way adjustable TRD seats
-custom overhead consol with pioneer cd/am/fm radio and 14 channel cobra CB
-Hardtop has been shaved to the tub, top rails replaced, fiberglass roof has been reconditioned
-herculiner covered floors
Also included with sale -highlift jack (never used offroad)
-extra set of stock 15x6 6lug waggon wheels
-stock spare wheel without tire
-new uninstalled shifter boots for transfer and transmission
-new uninstalled seatbelts for rear jump seats
-misc other hard parts (bolts, fasteners, clips, original front turn signals...)

hard top

What made you decide to make it a permanent hard top?

The sill around the rear quarters was almost completely gone. I looked for about 4-6 months to source a donor tub for the parts or reproduction parts from on-line. All I found at the time were whole tubs or parts trucks for way too much $$$.
It would be possible to return it to original BUT would take a fair amount of work to do so.

So the long answer to a short question. Lazy, don't have a garage, live in the city (theft), didn't have the $ to "do it right", ambi doors. The other plan was to eventually have a full exo-cage which would make the top removal even more of a PITA.
