Recently got my Ham Radio License and installed a Yaesu FTM-200R prepping for a road trip to Canada and Alaska. Bought a Yodateq Antenna Mount. Very nice!

Looks good. Are you going to program the repeaters along your route into your radio before you leave? I've got a FT 2900 in my 62 but was recently given an ft 897 and might install that and an HF antenna and mabe do some POTA activations. 73's de kd8voa

Yeah, I might do that. I probably should have done more research before buying the FTM-200D. Chirp software doesn’t work with it. Not sure If I have enough time to figure out alternatives. It’s pretty tedious to manually input them.
