Quick question about timing cover bolts on a 79 2F. I searched but couldn’t find them. The manual says I need 2x25mm, 2x12mm, 4x8mm, and 4x16mm. I have 2x25mm, 4x8mm, and 6x12mm. No 16mm. I know the lengths and locations are important. Anyone got part numbers for all these? I’ll just get all new and I can’t find part numbers online at any of my usual sources.

My HB was loose on this thing from work done at a shop from the previous owner. Just waiting for a buddy to stop by next week to weld repair my keyway that got beat up. I made a copper key to weld against, got the timing cover flattened and cleaned, speedi-sleeved the HB, and installed a new cover oil seal today.

I'd love to see a pic of your weld up and finish repair. What welder, heat setting and other details would be a real plus. TIA and good luck.
