Yaesu 7800R Install with Proclips Mount (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

Unfortunately, I have to sell my 80 series to buy a commuter car (listed on ebay ). I did just finish my 7800 install a couple of weeks ago. I ended up mounting the head unit on a Proclips center dashboard mount and ran the data cable into the crack in the dash so it is a very clean install free of wires.

I also mounted my radio in the rear cubby and that worked well.

I appreciate everyone's input. I cannot post the large pictures on this forum so if you would like to see my install please check it out on ebay (not selling anything here...just the radio pictures).

If you search under 1996 Land Cruiser you should find it.

I really thought this was really awesome the way it turned out and a lot of folks with the 7800 or similar remote head mount radios will like this.
