John, should all be do-able. AAtlas had or still has a heater repair kit as does SOR I think. I know CCOT used to have a front core as SOR might...heater lines are another mater.

get one of shane's(Aatlas1x) kits for a pre 74 FJ40 and use the foam and hardware. I did the one for my 72 FJ55 and it worked out great with a bit of trimming...

I think the heater cores can be had at autozone, kragen, etc. I'm sure rockauto.com and autopartsgiant.com will have them too... but I was able to flush my heater core with muriatic acid and cleand out alot of crap. After I acid dipped it and rinsed it off a few times, I mixed up a batch of hot water and bleach and let it sit in that solution for about an hour to kill the old car heater smell that the heater core had.

Some neverdull and brasso on the brass tubes and they looked new. If youre around the junkyards, toyota cars have perfectly sized black tube foam insulation on the underhood A/C hoses and that makes the tubes look like new...

Brett, about how long was that core exposed to the acid during the flush?
