Yup; mine has power windows. It's a 12v motor/cable/gear that slides right over the factory crank shaft. Pretty easy. Kits are on flea bay. Big rodder upgrade as well.

We already have power windows, I don't know what you're complaining about... The rear window is pretty cool, flip the switch and watch it move!!

Bearclaw latches have that option. I have the latches, but didn't go the electric route. Got mine online from some hotrod shop. I've seen a writeup or two of the install, via google.......
