If all fails you could try these guys,I spoke to them about making 9-mm for my
66 fj40 he said they can reproduce any brake lines if send them the old ones, and in stainless too.

I've ordered from classictube.com before. I got the full stainless set for a 40 I had, but I never got around to replacing all the lines. The 40 was a 72 and I've started using the lines on my 74 pig. They have all fit well with minor adjustments with my little tube bender.
