Anybody else got burned with their last order from PHHKIT.COM ?

I bought a lot from the page in the past mostly for the convenience of having just everything ready to go on ours and customer rigs, but they just dissapeared. I really liked the products.

Somebody should be taking the empty spot and start offering the PHH, FHH, Bypasses, charcoal canister lines, etc.
Doesn't seem to be a difficult product and it does sell pretty good.

I'm not trying to burn the vendor, which I'm pretty sure is a mud member; hoping for a return to business and that health is not the culprit !

A few months ago I placed 2 orders a week apart- a weeks went by, no tracking info, no packages. I emailed, called, got nothing from Brett… filed paypal dispute and eventually got money back. Bummer!

I ordered from him in early November of 2024 and didn't receive until around Christmas. I had heard nothing and filed a dispute with PayPal, I ended up getting PayPal to give up the guy's phone number and I texted him. He said that the post office keeps leaving his packages behind the counter. Low and behold a week after the text conversation I received the kit. I don't think he is scamming but definitely not considering it a reputable company anymore and I would avoid until something changes.

I ordered a kit from him in February and never received anything. Was hoping to do it when I did my head gasket last month, but just ended up going with a new OEM phh. I've sent a couple emails and never heard anything back, thanks for the reminder to open a dispute with Paypal. Looks like the website for the phh kit has gone down now.
