I have a 1986 24V Warn M12000 FS. $500 (works well, just has a ghetto remote, ex US military, could use a new cable as it's kinked in a couple places). It's overkill for my truck and besides, I have the parts and pieces to make up a 24V 8274.

PM if you'd like to trade although I think you could get more than that for your M10000 since it's 12V.

Thanks for the offer Rob, I'll put some thought into it. Not sure if the 12,000 has the same footprint as the 10,000 or if there's space in the bullbar I have (ARB).

Was tempted by a 24v 8274 but they are over 2k new.

You might want to research the M12000; it's a brute of a winch and has a different mounting pattern than the regular 4"X10". It might not fit inside your ARB, also.

If the M12000 will physically fit in the ARB, it can be made to mount in there. If you decide that is the route you'd like to go, get a hold of me and we'll try to figure out how to mount it.
