I'm looking to put a warn 8274 on my 40'. Throwing this out there in case anyone is feeling the urge to rid themselves of thiers or if they know anyone who has one for sale. while I'm at it I also am in the market for a spare BFG MT 33x12.5.15.

Had a hard time finding a decent one used. Most places were selling new between 1600.00 and 1800.00
found this one actually on amazon.com for 1200.00 new. kinda steep for a winch but since I have holes in my pockets from all the money on fire, I might as well spend it.
Looks like prolly goin to GSMTR also.

Marshall said that even if they close he has several other premo venues in his back pocket.

I saw where marshall said that but its going to require alot more than a couple of boulders and a tug-of-war to make it worth trailering my rig down there. Ill support the fight for tellico but at the same time I am a realist. Phil is right that its not officially closed. They have them temporarily closed them until they can officially close them. Tellico officials has present enough evidence to show that the trails are being maintained and that TU is responsible for the decline of the brook trout. The fact is, they want any excuse to shut down the trails. If the actuall reason is brook trout then the trails would be open already and fishing would be banned but that isnt happening.

If tellico is closed I was considering flat nasty, possibly the black hills, or sitting this year out save up and head to the Colorado Jambo from the yotatech board.

Who else has back up plans???

My biggest problem would be that it would be difficult for me to switch weeks, but not impossible, it would just depend on when. I've had that week marked on my calender for months and have a lot scheduled around it. If GSMTR doesn't happen then I'm open for other events.

Yes, I bought the bumper about 3 years ago...the paint actually needs some work.

I'm amazed you broke the hermetic seal on the garage and took the dust cover off your rig! Don't you know sunlight will fade the paint? :flipoff2:

I had serious qualms about putting the passenger seat back in the truck. I know that you'll be mooching a ride from me soon! I've even installed the bitch bar!
Did you get your son his quad yet? :grinpimp:

Actually the rain gutter is still damaged!....but I'm thinking of buying one of the paki tops...southboston has the raingutters and maybe a paki top for sale! of course now that I want to drive my 40 into danger, I'll prolly destroy it.
