Wanted WTB FJ60/62 spare tire winch rod with or without tool bag

I am looking for the rod that lowers the spare tire (turns the winch) on a 60 or 62. This is the steel rod that is about 2-3 feet long with a "hook" on the end that locks into the tire winch.

If you have a whole tool kit that you don't want to part it with, I might be interested in that too.
