The Warn 8274 winch mount is actually an entire bumper.

Sorry, should have mentioned its for a warn M8000 standard winch mounting bolt pattern whatever that is!
My 8274 winch mount is not a bumper...it is a factory mounting plate that mounts to the frame behind the stock bumper.
