My Uncle needs the aforementioned seatbelt ends for his LC. His is a J-spec RHD HJ79 series I believe but says they need to receive a 1 1/2" wide x 1 1/4" male with a 1/2" hole. Preferably with bolts.

Are they different from early and late 60 series? I have some 60 seatbelts in storage, but don't know the year or dimensions. You could look through them if you want...
