Wanted WTB 80 series front bumper and 33" tires

Like the title says I'm after an 80 series front bumper and some 32" or 33" AT tires. I would prefer 305/70/16 or 285/75/16 but will consider anything from stock size up.

I'm in Phoenix, AZ and would prefer to buy locally.
