Thanks to all who showed up and got me back in action. We did a never-been-done-by-any-present master cylinder rebuild that went smoothly, bolted that baby onto the rebuilt brake booster, and attempted to bleed the lines, but ran into technical difficulties on the rear ones. We got the motor started and the thing actually moved under it's own power for the first time in over a year. Additionallly, we removed a wasp nest and repaired a fuel line leak. Attendees were Lash and son Jayce (sp?), Jeff, Brian, Barry and son ?. I now have a functional Cruiser and a list of stuff to work on. Looking forward to the October outing. I plan to haul someone's truck and go along for the ride for this trip. BTW Brian, the brake booster rebuild was by "Booster" Dewey 503-238-8882 in Oregon. He advertises $125 but there may be $10 shipping. Mine cost $150 all told but I don't remember why the extra cost. Again, thanks, and see you guys soon.
