I noticed that, makes me wonder what he did to get unstuck because there had to have been times he did. I'm sure he wasn't doing hard core trails but some of the normal road in certain countries rival what we would consider hard trails especially when wet. I'm going to have to do some more digging around and hopefully find some more information on his trips. That would be a book I would love to read.

another good guy to watch is bill caid. he is still active and has awesome trip reports and pictures from all over north america. i met him about 5 years ago when he was traveling through bc. supper down to earth guy too. you may end up checking out his pics for weeks. i dont think i have seen all his trips yet.
