Why when I click New Posts do I get different results every time?

Also, when I start a new thread, sometimes it never appears in the New Posts list.

New post are new posts. The ones you have read will not come up.


Your new threads will not show up in New Posts until someone post to it.

When you start a thread you have already read it, so it doesn't come up in new posts.


You'd have to log in at 3AM on a Sunday to get two New Posts hits that looked the same. It updates every time someone posts in any of the forums.

And changes every time you read a post.
