99 model. Has ran like a champ but in the last month or two it will just not start. Turns over but won't start. I have a remote start on it with remote lock and security but it also has worked flawless. It usually will start if I wait and let it set for a bit but this time that's not working. Any ideas where to start. Very intermittent and a few times it could have only been off for five minutes then won't start

I usually start at the simplest here, but recently paid as shop $100 to do it for me as I just was stupid and over looked it. But even if the battery terms are clean looking and tight, start with removing and a good clean...sometime it's the simplest things..I felt silly.

Sounds like me. I will try that tomorrow. If nothing else I know by removing the cables it will reset the computer. Thanks

I don't know if the 100 series has an exhaust gas recirculation valve, but this was the cause of a hard starting condition on a 2001 Honda Odyssey I had. It would start totally normal sometimes, then would hard start cold and hot. My mechanic thought leaky fuel injector, but I replaced EGR and cleaned soot from the intake plenum and it solved the problem.

looks like the culprit was the key blank was loose inside the chipped key. I have taped it together for now until I can go get another key made. thanks for all the help
