Wanted to share my custom pneumatic quick disconnect and mounting set up. I have an ARB air compressor that I use for my air lockers and inflating my tires. I got tired of lifting my hood every time I needed air.

I wanted the plan was to add a quick disconnect to my front bumper. My problem was aesthetically it did not look as clean as it could be. And because I have free reign of a machine and fab. shop I decided geek out a bit.

I cut out some brackets out of 14G CR steel on the CNC plasma and had them powder coated black. Then I turned turned down the QD center section to .700 OD x .2744. Drilled some holes in the bumper and bolted it all together... bracket bumper bracket like a sandwich. I am very happy with the end result.

sweet looks great
