My 85 toyo 4wd is really without a wire harness...As there are just chopped up cluster wires everywhere...Perhaps causing my carb to not work right(choke not closing)?...My question is should i just find a second hand harness...And how much am i looking at?..Thanx...C

do not take this the wrong way but replacing a wiring harness is about 100 times harder than replacing the slave cylinder. but i have one it is out of a 84 4runner i will look for it if i find it i will let you know you need to post if the wiring harnesses are the same between 84 and 85. and if you want we can talk $ after i know i have it and it will work on your truck. also the radio wires might have been cut and it will be a main harness for sure smaller harnesses i will have to see. but i will have to find it and make sure it is still here.

Thank you for getting back...I am towing my truck in for the slave change in the morning...And find out if that fixes...if not it will be diagnostics to find out what my prob is with clutch?(maybe master too?)..This is a cool site!...And with y'alls help..hopefully i can have my toyo goin soon.
