Wiring combo fog/driving lights?

Bought some IPF J01 aux lights from Biff.
They're the ones that have a combo fog light and driving light.

Any ideas on the best way to wire them?
I figured I'd use two different fog light switches, and I was planning on getting Slee's aux light harness, but I'm not sure how to make Slee's harness, the supplied IPF harness, and the two switches will all work together.

Anyone have any experience with this kind of install?

I know it's been forever but did you ever figure this out? I have some IPF J01's that have been off my truck for a few years. I want to put them back on but I'm not sure the original harness is in great shape. Thinking of going to route you suggested. Did it work?
