wire harness heavy gauge connectors

I recall reading a thread as to where to locate the larger male and female electric connectors for the 55. I had a bad length of wire for the rear window motor and need to add a fresh section.
I thought folks were talking about motor cycle parts or some thing like that.

If someone knows a good source for this, please post up.

Try this - vintage connectors. They should match up with the OEM's
