The arm on my wiper is sliping. When I take it off it looks like the splines on the post are almost worn smooth. The inside of the arm is definitely smooth. Has anybody got any ideas how to go about fixing this?!!

I "repaired" mine after repeated failures at the worst times by packing a small amount of tin foil around the stud and snugging the nut down good. Been fine since.
