wiper bushing (1 Viewer)

Anyone know either a part or option available to replace the rubber wiper grommet/bushing thing shown below on an early 70s ( upper mounting) fj40 wiper?

Unless you know , you would never know. I’m sure when I see the price at Toyota for the real thing I will be leaving my valve stems in place!
