darn, parts are pricy in Oz...
looks very nice.
Its the mining companies.Theyll pay anything to keep their fleets going. If it was 60 series panels of the same vintage it would be 1/5 the cost of a 75 series
As it turns out ,my supplier can do doors at half what he charged me 12 months ago, he did warn me though
I was glad all my rubber was in excellant condition and gave it all the once over with rubber grease before it was reinstalled.
What's the problem with fiberglass? I fitted mine up to check it was a good fit and fit well. Are there structural issues like it's not as strong as the metal frame? My rusty metal one is leaking real bad now after pulling it out and putting it back in. It rained last week and my right foot got wet
Cheers,
Gav.
Ive seen some nice F/G units ,like the FRP brand.Ive also seen some horrid looking things with wider than normal gutters and surfaces that stick out from the other panels.
I saw a used F/G frame at a wreckers the other day and it had obviously been on a FJ75 for a long time but looked ready to be used again.
No elongated bolt holes or anything abnormal
