Okay so when I turn on my Windshield wiper the blades come in like it's gripping the windshield even when I use a hose the wiper isn't moving along the glass properly and if it does it gets stuck. I realized if I take the wiper blades off the glass it moves how it should. I tested with one wiper on the glass and it still moved but slowly. Could this be the motor wanting to change as it is not strong enough anymore or could it be the wiper blades that ate stopping it?
Has anyone else had this problem or knows a solution to it?
