Window?

Any of you HOOLIGANS know how to seperate the door window from the carrier?
Im wanting to swap out the electrical stuff from my current door to the manual door I got from FallonDan, but in order to do this, Ive gotta get the windows free to remover the carriers...
The manual says there are set bolts, but I dont see any...

I think I got it...
Im gonna have to take out the OTHER window (that sits in the door behind the primary widow that rolls down), then pull the primary window out...
Seems like its gonna be a PITA, but...Im thinking itll be worth it in the long run.
I DO like having the electric JAZZ!

GOT IT!
Only took a coupl of hours...
All I had to do was unbolt the carrier mech. and run the arm out of the track, and the rest was a SANP!
Everything was compatable!
Only bad thing is, Ive got no woodgrain on that door now!

Sounds like you need to go find some of that cool woodgrain contact paper stuff and rectify that.

I just might...
Its funny, the door that Fallon Dan had is the EXACT same color as mine...
What LUCK!
I whipped out the rubbing compound to get the oxidation off, and it looks just like it was original!
Next is the 1/4 panel chop/ rust abatement followed by a wrap around rear bumper with tire swingout and jerrycan holder!
the rust fix is gonna be a whole can of worms...Not sure how Im going to cut and patch some of it, but it will definately be a challenge!
Im getting all the "cheap" mods down, cuz I have to do SOMETHING while I save up for the ARB or Ill go OUT OF MY MIND!
