Window sometimes gets stuck around this position, video linked in post

I have included a link to the Reddit post I made so I could upload the video.

Is this just grime/gunk stuck somewhere or an issue with the rail or motor?

I also switched the drivers window master switch after looking through here since many said that would sometimes fix their window issues. But I had no luck since doing that 2 days ago.

Id remove the assembly from the door and test outside to see if there is an obstruction in the sprocket or if the arms are hanging up somewhere. Just be sure to secure the glass well so it doesnt fall & break
also, with the window all the way up run a phillips head screwdriver up & down the runners where the glass slides in case there is something caught there
