Arlington is nowhere near Wichita, it is about 60-70 miles NW of here. You might check to see if any Hutchinson folks have seen it.

I was in Hutchinson on Thursday last week - could have stopped by and taken a look if I'd known. Other than overkill on a white paint job, it looks pretty nice from the pictures.
