Who makes adapter to SM420??

I want to use the SM420 and 3spd case with the 2F. Who makes an adapter for this, and where can i find a writeup of ALL the parts to do this?? I used the search function, but it brought up old posts about Spaceghosts adapter plates. Does he still make them??
