Lots of people have used ARP studs, you can look it up. The studs are not your only issue though. Before you drop a bunch of money on ARP why not check the head bolts you have with a set of calipers ? Also you should run a straight edge on the head to make sure you didn't warp it after you heat cycled it with improperly torqued head bolts. The oil in the radiator makes me think you should also check your oil cooler. Did you have the cooler open at anytime during your rebuild ?
