white borders around posts?

I am seeing white borders around posts. Perhaps a config file became corrupted? Or is it on purpose?

I was going to attach a screen shot but the attach button doesn't work this morning. In fact none of the buttons in the edit window work.

Also it looks like the multiquote function is broken...the button appears to work but only one post gets quoted, the one that I pressed "quote" for...

was 'trying' to offload many of the .js files to Amazons Cloudfront CDN....not working for some reason...more research required...

fixed - consolidated into one S3 bucket

I'm getting intermittent failure of multi-quote. It seems whatever offsite server is hosting that script is intermittently not available.

let me know if it keeps happening...forgot to correct the 'replacement variable' from cloudfront to the new CNAME settings
